Program Summary:  Carl Irby, EMC Engineering Specialist at Lockheed-Martin, Ft. Worth, will be the moderator for the ninth annual EMC War Stories presented by the Dallas Chapter of the IEEE/EMC Society.  Attendees are invited to participate in this informal roundtable discussion of unique, sometimes humorous, sometimes serious EMC problems and solutions.  Please feel free to bring samples, slides or photographs as required to describe your individual tale of woe. .
